Ani Petrova is a fintech marketing specialist with background in both startup and corporate marketing. She started her career with Arkk Solutions, one of the UK’s fastest growing Regtech startups currently supporting 25% of the FTSE 250. She initially joined the company as Account Manager and after a year of gaining key hands-on customer experience, she moved to marketing. As Arkk's only marketing executive at the time, Ani was working directly with the founding team and was responsible for all marketing efforts with particular focus on direct and inbound marketing.
She then moved to the UK subsidiary of Saxo Bank Group, a leading investment banking and technology company with over 25 years of Fintech innovation and expertise in global financial markets. At Saxo, Ani was working closely with the senior management team and helping to shape and deliver the company’s regional marketing strategy. She was also responsible for the daily implementation of the marketing plan and budget.
Prior to founding AP Marketing Solutions, Ani worked for Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI), a leading European investment management firm owned by the global financial services group Allianz, with operations in over 20 locations worldwide and over EUR 500bn in AUM. She was managing AllianzGI’s UK retail marketing operations specialising in product marketing. Ani was also in charge of the regional content marketing strategy, communications and various digital projects.
Ani is also an Investment Management Certificate (IMC) holder.
